What payment methods can I use to proceed with the order?
Usually, transactions are made via trade assurance. You can pay with a credit card, Visa, or T/T transfer. Offline payments via Western Union or PayPal are also available.
What is the lead time and arrival estimate?
Samples require 3-5 working days. For bulk orders, it takes about 15-20 working days depending on quantity. We use Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT), which typically arrives in 3-7 days.
Can we brand our logo or name on the lights?
Yes, this is acceptable with a 1 piece MOQ. Extra silk screen fees may apply for special requests, and we can also customize the packaging for you.
What is the difference between red and near-infrared light therapy?
Red light is visible, while near-infrared light is invisible. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body compared to red light.
How long does it take for red light therapy to show results?
Improvements can be seen anywhere from 24 hours to 2 months depending on the condition and regularity of use. For most conditions, daily use for at least two weeks is recommended.
Do I need to continue using the light once I see results?
Yes. To maintain the results and support cell activity, continue the treatments until you reach your goal, then transition to a weekly maintenance schedule.
