What payment way I can use to proceed the order?
Usually we make transaction via trade assurance. After we set up an order, you can pay with credit card, visa, or T/T transfer. Offline payments by western union or Paypal are also available.
What is the lead time & arrival?
Samples need 3-5 working days. For quantity orders, it takes about 15-20 working days depending on the detailed quantity. We use Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT), which usually takes 3-7 days to arrive, except for sea transportation.
Brand our logo or name on your lights?
Yes, it is acceptable with a 1 piece MOQ. We will need to charge extra silk screen fees based on your special request.
What is the difference between red and near infrared light therapy?
Red and near infrared light therapy are the same except for two differences: Red light is visible while near infrared light is invisible. Furthermore, near infrared light penetrates deeper into the body than red light.
How long does it take for red light therapy to work?
It is not an immediate miracle transformation overnight, but it provides ongoing improvements visible from 24 hours to 2 months, depending on the condition and regularity of use. Daily use for at least two weeks is recommended for most conditions.
Do I need to continue to use the light as much when I start seeing results?
Yes. Seeing results means your cells are effectively working. Keep up the treatments until you reach your goal level, then you can transition to a weekly maintenance schedule once or twice a week.
